Fair Play Announcement (May 28th, 2025 – June 29th, 2025)
Dear Metas,
From May 28th to June 29th, Once Human banned a total of 1,014 Players.This includes 503 players penalized for cheating (468 PC players and 35 mobile players), 365 accounts suspended for alt-account exploitation and linked violations, 113 players penalized for malicious interference, and 33 players banned for bug exploitation.
Since the launch of Once Human: RaidZone, we've upgraded our anti-cheat systems by reverse-engineering external cheats and continuously improving our detection models. We've also identified players engaging in "cheat-carrying," which severely disrupts the game environment. These players will face strict punishment, including gameplay restrictions and account suspensions based on the severity of their actions. In addition, we are developing the following features: in-world real-time ban notifications, ban status display on player namecards, ban notices on the death screen, quick-report hotkeys, and expanded reporting channels to help players access and submit reports more easily. Stay tuned to future official announcements for more details.
Below is a list of players recently penalized for severe violations. The accounts involved have been reviewed and confirmed to be in violation. For any questions, please contact in-game customer support.
1. Language violations
From May 28th to June 29th, 2025, a total of 2,842 players received bans of varying durations for language violations:
30 days — 62 players
7 days — 56 players
1 day — 1,767 players
2 hours — 957 players
(Due to space limitations, we do not provide the list of players banned for speech violations.)
We've been paying close attention to feedback regarding the chat restriction system and have launched a focused optimization effort. Improvements include upgraded smart filtering to reduce false positives and better manual review processes for more accurate judgment. We'll continue refining this system to make communication smoother.

2. Use of cheats or hacks
We will identify the characteristics of newly discovered cheats and use them for retroactive investigations. After banning an account, we will check if it has any associated "alt" accounts and ban those as well.
